Rwanda Energy Ltd. was founded by Mr. Parfait Mugiraneza Ntambiyindekwe, an expert in energy management, renewable energy and energy performance of buildings.
He obtained a Masters level training in 2011 from the National Institute of Solar Energy (INES) and the University of Savoy specializing in the training of trainers in photovoltaics and energy performance of buildings; in 2008, he was certified by Bureau Veritas in working height safety and in 2006, he completed his bachelor’s degree in energy efficiency, renewable energies and green buildings at ASDER, campus of Chambéry / France.
Having practiced and accumulated more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of energy on the European continent, Mr. Mugiraneza first set out to explore opportunities on the African continent in the early 201 Os while working as a consultant in solar installation, for client companies. based in Europe. During this time, Mr. Mugiraneza has headed a number of European energy companies in Africa.
In 2013, Mr. Mugiraneza’s professional background led him to found Rwanda Energy Ltd, a company focused on providing reliable and sustainable energy solutions in Africa.
Mr. Mugiraneza brings with him a wide range of experience spanning the field of energy and electromechanics including but not limited to:
- Analysis, installation, preventive safety of workers and electromechanical consulting.
- Study, installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic and thermal systems.
- Installation and maintenance of plumbing, heating and electricity systems.
- Advisory services to companies who perform solar systems installation.
- Technical training for installers and maintenance technicians in solar energy.
- Management of energy control projects in sub-Saharan African countries.
- Development of rural electrification strategies.
